However, there are better options like Brave the Elements or Gods Willing that offer protection or evasion for your creatures, making them more versatile and impactful in a wider range of situations. While Alarum could be situationally useful, it may not be a top choice for competitive play unless the specific strategy of the deck requires its unique effect.
