**Foot Enforcer** is an aggressive, low-cost Ninja-style creature that fits best in a fast, low-curve aggro deck—particularly one that wants to apply early pressure and push damage through limited blockers, such as a mono-black aggro or Ninja-tribal strategy. Since it can’t block and can’t be blocked by more than one creature, it’s designed purely for offense, making it most useful in decks that don’t care about defending and instead aim to win quickly. However, there are generally stronger options depending on the format; for example, **Tormented Soul** offers true unblockability for consistent damage, and **Changeling Outcast** is especially better in Ninja decks because it can’t be blocked at all and synergizes with tribal effects.
