It can be a powerful combat trick to swing games in your favor, especially when used in combination with other creature-generating cards like Raise the Alarm or Lingering Souls. While there may be better options for specific strategies, Moogles' Valor could definitely see play in the right deck for its strong synergy with creature-based strategies.
