Witherbloom Campus would be beneficial in a Golgari (black-green) deck that focuses on mana ramp and card selection. The ability to tap for either black or green mana can help fix mana issues, while the scry ability can provide card selection to set up future draws. However, in more competitive decks, other dual lands with fewer drawbacks or more impactful abilities may be preferred over Witherbloom Campus.
