Plaza Guardian would benefit a spell-heavy deck in Legends of Runeterra, where its cost can be reduced significantly by playing spells throughout the game. However, there are better cards that offer more immediate impact for their cost, such as Heimerdinger or Vi, making Plaza Guardian less likely to see play in competitive decks unless the meta shifts to favor slower, spell-focused strategies.
