This card, Caustic Cask, would be beneficial in an aggressive burn deck aiming to deal direct damage to the enemy Nexus quickly. While it can potentially deal 1 damage to each Nexus upon its Last Breath, there are other more efficient cards like Mystic Shot or Get Excited! that can deal direct damage without the drawback of being Ephemeral. Caustic Cask could be situational and may not see much play in competitive decks compared to other direct damage options available.
