This card would benefit a Shadow Isles deck focused on sacrificing allies and generating value from their deaths. Decks that can consistently trigger the condition of 3+ allies dying in a round would find Fresh Offerings powerful, especially with the potential to summon Vilemaw. However, there may be better cards depending on the specific strategy of the deck, such as Withering Wail for board control or Rhasa the Sunderer for removal and value. Fresh Offerings could see play in certain Shadow Isles sacrifice decks, but its effectiveness would depend on the overall synergy and game plan of the deck.
