This card would benefit a control-oriented Targon deck that aims to outvalue the opponent in the late game with powerful Celestial cards. While Cosmic Call can provide high-cost Celestials for additional late-game threats, it may be outclassed by other Targon cards like Starshaping, which offers immediate healing and a Celestial card draw. However, Cosmic Call could still see play in certain decks looking to maximize Celestial synergy and late-game power.
