A deck focused on graveyard recursion or sacrifice strategies, like a Black midrange or control deck, would benefit from Hell's Caretaker. It could be particularly effective in decks with strong enter-the-battlefield abilities on creatures that can be repeatedly brought back for value. While there may be more efficient options available, Hell's Caretaker could still see play as a niche card in specific deck archetypes that can capitalize on its ability.
