This card, Purrsuit of Perfection, would benefit a deck that focuses on quickly cycling through new cards to meet the condition of playing 20 new cards in a game. While it can be a fun and powerful win condition, it may not be the most competitive choice compared to other win conditions available in Legends of Runeterra. Decks that can consistently meet the condition and have ways to protect themselves until Catastrophe is summoned could find success with this card, but it may not be as reliable as other win conditions in the current meta.
