This card, Brood Awakening, would benefit a Shadow Isles deck that focuses on swarming the board with Spider allies and buffing them for a strong offensive push. While it can be a powerful card in certain situations, there are other cards like Elise or Frenzied Skitterer that provide similar benefits more efficiently. However, Brood Awakening can still be a valuable addition to decks looking to overwhelm opponents with a large number of Spider units and should see play in decks that can capitalize on its strengths.
