Bubble Bear would be a great addition to an aggro or tempo deck in Legends of Runeterra, as its Attune ability allows for efficient mana usage and its Elusive keyword makes it difficult for opponents to block. However, there are better cards in the lor-bilgewater region that offer more value and impact on the board, such as Jagged Butcher or Zap Sprayfin. While Bubble Bear can be situationally useful, it may not be a top choice for competitive play compared to other options available.
