A deck focused on disruption and information gathering would benefit from including Prank in Legends of Runeterra. While Prank offers a unique and potentially powerful effect, there are more versatile and impactful options available for dealing with enemy cards, such as Deny or Bastion. As such, Prank may have limited utility and may not see regular play in competitive decks unless used in specific strategies that revolve around disrupting the opponent's hand or deck.
