This card would benefit a red aggressive deck looking to apply pressure early in the game with its flying ability and ability to pump itself with {R}. However, there are better options for a similar mana cost in the current Magic: The Gathering card pool, such as Goblin Guide or Monastery Swiftspear, which offer more consistent and immediate damage output.
