Belligerent Guest could be beneficial in a red aggressive deck that aims to deal quick damage to the opponent. The card's ability to create Blood tokens can provide card advantage in a deck that may run out of resources quickly. However, there may be better options available for a similar cost, such as cards with more impactful abilities or higher power/toughness ratios, so Belligerent Guest may not see play in competitive Magic: the Gathering decks.
