A red aggressive deck with low mana curve and a high density of impactful spells would benefit from using Count on Luck, as it provides additional card advantage and flexibility. However, there are better options such as Experimental Frenzy which allows you to play cards from the top of your library without exile, providing more consistent value. Count on Luck could see play in specific combo decks or casual decks looking for a unique and fun card to include.
