While Fallen Ferromancer's ability to deal damage to any target can be useful, there are potentially better options like Goblin Guide or Monastery Swiftspear that offer more immediate impact in aggressive decks. However, if the deck is looking to incorporate Infect mechanics, Fallen Ferromancer could definitely see play as a versatile threat that can chip away at both creatures and players.
