However, there are arguably better options, such as cards like Fling or Skewer the Critics, which can provide direct damage without sacrificing your creatures, or Goblin Instigator, which generates additional board presence. While Goblin Sappers can be fun and provide a unique tactical advantage, its self-destructive nature may limit its playability in competitive formats, making it less favorable compared to more efficient damage-dealing options.
