However, there are potentially better cards like Thoughtseize or Inquisition of Kozilek that offer more consistent and immediate hand disruption without the randomness of a clash mechanic. Pulling Teeth could see play in more casual or themed decks for its unique gameplay mechanics, but in competitive settings, it may not be the most efficient choice compared to other options available.
