A deck that focuses on aggressive strategies and frequently attacks would benefit the most from including Repeating Barrage, as it provides a consistent source of direct damage. While Repeating Barrage is a solid card for such decks, there are potentially better options like Lightning Bolt or Chain Lightning that offer more immediate impact or efficiency. However, Repeating Barrage could still see play in decks looking for recurring damage sources or additional reach in longer games.

Raid abilities care only that you attacked with a creature. It doesn’t matter how many creatures you attacked with, or which opponent or planeswalker controlled by an opponent those creatures attacked.
