Restless Bones would be a valuable addition to a black-based aggro or control deck in Magic: the Gathering, especially in a meta where opponents frequently use Swamps. However, there are more efficient cards with similar effects, such as Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon, which not only has infect but also evasion, making it a stronger choice for competitive play.
