A white weenie or aggressive white deck would benefit from including Starnheim Unleashed as it provides a strong evasive threat that can quickly close out games. While there may be more efficient token generators in other colors, such as Secure the Wastes or Lingering Souls, Starnheim Unleashed's flexibility and potential for creating multiple Angel Warrior tokens through foretelling make it a solid inclusion in the right deck, especially in a Standard or Limited environment where it can provide a powerful finisher.

Casting a foretold card from exile follows the timing rules for that card. If you foretell an instant card, you can cast it as soon as the next player’s turn. In most cases, if you foretell a card that isn’t an instant (or doesn’t have flash), you’ll have to wait until your next turn to cast it.

You choose the value of X in the foretell cost as you cast the spell. You’ll pay for one Angel Warrior token, for two, for three, and so on.
