This Weeping Angel card would be a great addition to a control deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's creature-based strategies. Its ability to temporarily become non-creature can protect it from removal spells, and its ability to shuffle creatures back into the library can be a powerful way to deal with threats. However, in competitive Magic: the Gathering, there may be better options available such as Snapcaster Mage or Vendilion Clique, which offer more versatile and immediate impact on the game. Weeping Angel could see play in more casual or themed decks for its unique abilities and flavor.
