About The Ruination

The Ruination, Spell slow, designed by Oliver Chipping first released in May, 2020 in the set Foundations.

The Ruination is a powerful board-clearing card that can benefit control decks looking to reset the board and gain tempo advantage. While it is effective at removing all units on the board, it can be slow and costly at 9 mana. Other cards like Vengeance or Withering Wail may offer more flexibility and value in certain situations, but The Ruination can be a strong inclusion in control decks that prioritize board control and removal.
