About Splinter Soul

Splinter Soul, Spell slow, designed by Max Grecke first released in May, 2020 in the set Foundations.

This card, Splinter Soul, would benefit a deck focused on creating multiple copies of powerful allies or triggering powerful Last Breath effects, such as a Shadow Isles deck with cards like Hecarim or Kalista.
