About Entrapment
Entrapment, Spell burst, designed by Kudos Productions first released in Aug, 2021 in the set Beyond the Bandlewood.
This card, Entrapment, would be beneficial in a deck focused on disrupting the opponent's strategy by adding Poison Puffcaps to their deck, especially against decks that rely heavily on specific spells for win conditions or key combos. While there may be other cards that offer different types of disruption or removal, Entrapment's ability to potentially disrupt multiple copies of a spell in the opponent's deck sets it apart. Whether it should see play would depend on the current meta and how prevalent spell-heavy decks are, but it could certainly find a place in certain control or disruption-oriented decks.
