A deck focused on buffing and empowering units, such as a Demacia midrange or buff deck, would greatly benefit from including Rising Light. While Rising Light can provide a significant boost to all units, there are potentially better cards like Stand Alone or Relentless Pursuit that offer more immediate impact or value. However, Rising Light could still see play in decks looking to create a strong board presence and overwhelm opponents with buffed units.
