Startled Stomper would be beneficial in an aggressive Lor-Targon deck that focuses on dealing damage quickly. Its Overwhelm ability allows it to push through blockers and deal excess damage to the enemy Nexus. However, there are better options like Solari Soldier or Mountain Sojourners that offer more value for the cost. While Startled Stomper can be situationally useful, it may not be a top choice for competitive play unless the deck specifically requires its Overwhelm ability.
