This card, Timewinder, would be beneficial in a control-oriented Piltover & Zaun deck that focuses on chip damage and board control. While it offers some utility in dealing damage to multiple targets, there may be better options like Mystic Shot or Get Excited! for more efficient removal or direct Nexus damage. However, in a deck that values flexibility and incremental damage, Timewinder could find a place, especially in combination with other cards that benefit from discarding.
