Spy Network, Instant, designed by Ron Spears first released in Oct, 2002 in the set Onslaught.
A deck that focuses on information gathering, hand disruption, and controlling the opponent's resources would benefit from including Spy Network in its strategy. However, for a more efficient option, a card like Thoughtseize or Inquisition of Kozilek might be better suited for hand disruption, while cards like Gitaxian Probe or Peek can provide similar information advantage. Spy Network could see play in casual or thematic decks, but in competitive settings, there are generally more powerful and efficient options available.
