While it provides a useful regeneration ability, there are potentially better options like Arcbound Ravager or Darksteel Colossus that offer more impactful effects. However, Jhoira's Toolbox could still see play in a deck looking for additional ways to protect its artifact creatures and create a resilient board presence.
