Twisted Experiment would fit well in a black aggro deck looking to quickly eliminate opposing creatures while boosting its own. However, there are more versatile options like Dead Weight or Fatal Push that offer similar effects with added utility, making them better choices in most situations. Twisted Experiment may see play in niche strategies that specifically benefit from its stat modification, but it is generally outclassed by more efficient removal options in competitive Magic: The Gathering decks.
