About Arc Lightning
Arc Lightning, Sorcery, designed by Andrew Goldhawk first released in Oct, 1998 in the set Urza's Saga and was printed exactly in 13 different ways.
This card, Arc Lightning, would benefit a deck focused on dealing direct damage to multiple targets, such as a red aggressive or burn deck. While Arc Lightning provides flexibility in distributing damage, there are more efficient options like Lightning Bolt or Searing Spear that offer a more straightforward and cost-effective way to deal damage.
