This Flame Elemental card would be beneficial in a red aggressive deck that focuses on dealing direct damage and controlling the board. While it can be a useful removal option, there are potentially better cards like Lightning Bolt or Chain Lightning that offer more efficient and versatile removal at a lower cost.
