A deck focused on a black-based Infect strategy would benefit from including Flensermite, as it provides both Infect and Lifelink abilities, allowing for efficient damage output and life gain. While Flensermite is a solid card for such a deck, there are potentially better options like Plague Stinger or Glistener Elf, which offer more aggressive Infect capabilities. However, Flensermite could still see play in a deck looking to diversify its threats and gain some life in the process.
