Heirloom Epic, Artifact, designed by Fiona Hsieh first released in Jul, 2024 in the set Bloomburrow. It see play in 1 formats: Commander.
Heirloom Epic would benefit a deck that focuses on generating a lot of mana and has a good number of untapped creatures to utilize for its ability. Decks that can quickly ramp up their mana production and have a wide board presence would find this card useful for card draw. However, in competitive Magic: the Gathering gameplay, there are likely better options for card draw that are more efficient or versatile, such as cards like Rhystic Study or Mystic Remora. Heirloom Epic may not see much play in highly optimized decks, but could still be a fun and interesting inclusion in more casual or themed decks.
