This Frozen Thrall card would benefit a control-oriented Freljord deck that focuses on stalling the game and generating value over time. While it can provide a powerful late-game threat with the Frostguard Thrall, other cards like Trundle or Tryndamere may offer more immediate impact and versatility. However, Frozen Thrall could still see play in certain slower Freljord decks looking to outvalue their opponents in the long run.
