Taliyah, Champion, designed by SIXMOREVODKA first released in Mar, 2021 in the set Empires of the Ascended.
Taliyah would be a great addition to a Shurima landmark-focused deck, as she can help generate multiple copies of powerful landmarks like Emperor's Dais or The Skies Descend. However, her high cost and the requirement of having multiple landmarks in play may limit her effectiveness in faster-paced decks. While Taliyah is a strong card for generating value, other cards like Renekton or Azir may provide more immediate impact on the board. Overall, Taliyah can be a solid inclusion in a slower, control-oriented Shurima deck, but her viability may depend on the specific meta and deck strategy.
