Mk4: Stormlobber would be a great addition to an aggressive Piltover & Zaun deck aiming to close out games quickly with overwhelm damage. While it has its strengths, other cards like Augmented Experimenter or Chempunk Shredder may offer more versatile effects or better stat lines for the cost, so it's worth considering the overall strategy and synergy of the deck before including Mk4: Stormlobber in the lineup.
