A deck focused on Sliver tribal synergies would benefit from including Crypt Sliver, as it provides a valuable regeneration ability to all Slivers, enhancing their survivability on the battlefield. While there may be other Sliver cards with more powerful effects, Crypt Sliver's regeneration ability can be crucial in protecting key Sliver creatures from removal spells or combat damage. Overall, Crypt Sliver could be a solid inclusion in a Sliver tribal deck, especially if resilience and longevity are important factors in the deck's strategy.

Abilities that Slivers grant, as well as power/toughness boosts, are cumulative. However, for some abilities, like flying, having more than one instance of the ability doesn’t provide any additional benefit.
