About Mind's Dilation
Mind's Dilation, Enchantment, designed by Iain McCaig first released in Jul, 2016 in the set Eldritch Moon Promos and was printed exactly in 7 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Commander.
A control deck that aims to disrupt the opponent's game plan by limiting their resources and gaining advantage from their spells would benefit from using Mind's Dilation. While the card can provide significant value by allowing you to cast your opponent's nonland cards for free, it is a high-cost card that may be too slow for competitive play. In some cases, other enchantments like Omniscience or Future Sight may offer more immediate and powerful effects for a similar mana cost, making them potentially better options for certain decks.
Rules
07/13/16
If the card has in its mana cost, you must choose 0 as the value of X when casting it without paying its mana cost.

07/13/16
If you cast the exiled card, you do so as part of the resolution of Mind’s Dilation’s ability. You can’t wait to cast it later in the turn. Timing permissions based on the card’s type are ignored, but other restrictions (such as “Cast [this card] only during combat”) are not.
