About Phyrexian Ingester
Phyrexian Ingester, Creature — phyrexian beast, designed by Chris Rahn first released in May, 2011 in the set New Phyrexia and was printed exactly in 5 different ways.
This Phyrexian Ingester card would be beneficial in a control or midrange deck that focuses on removing threats from the opponent's board while also gaining a powerful creature in the process. It can be particularly effective against high-power and high-toughness creatures, providing a potential swing in power on the battlefield. While there may be other cards with similar effects, such as Duplicant or Meteor Golem, Phyrexian Ingester's ability to grow in size based on the exiled creature's power and toughness can make it a strong choice in certain situations and could definitely see play in decks looking for versatile removal options.
Rules
06/08/16
If the card in exile isn’t a creature card (perhaps because it was a land that was temporarily a creature while on the battlefield), Phyrexian Ingester doesn’t get a bonus.
06/08/16
Phyrexian Ingester will get bonuses based on the card’s power and toughness in exile. Counters, Auras, and Equipment it had on it before it was exiled won’t add to those numbers.
