Chump Whump, Unit, designed by SIXMOREVODKA first released in May, 2020 in the set Foundations.

This card, Chump Whump, would benefit a Puffcap-focused deck in Legends of Runeterra, as it generates Mushroom Clouds to apply Puffcap cards to the opponent's deck.
