Fortunate Few, Sorcery, designed by Jesper Ejsing first released in Nov, 2016 in the set Treasure Chest and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
Fortunate Few can be a powerful tool in decks that focus on maintaining board control and removal strategies in multiplayer formats. However, due to its high cost and the randomness of its destruction effect, it may not be the most optimal choice compared to more targeted or versatile removal spells like Wrath of God or Austere Command in competitive play. It could find a home in casual or thematic decks that enjoy chaotic gameplay and unexpected outcomes, adding an element of surprise and unpredictability to the game.

A permanent with indestructible can be chosen this way even though it wouldn’t be destroyed otherwise.

After you choose a nonland permanent, each other player does so in turn order starting from the player whose turn it is. Each player will know the choice made by previous players.
