About Lightning Elemental
Lightning Elemental, Creature — elemental, designed by D. Alexander Gregory first released in Oct, 1997 in the set Tempest and was printed exactly in 16 different ways.
A red aggressive deck focused on quick damage output would benefit from Lightning Elemental due to its Haste ability, allowing it to attack immediately. However, there are better options like Lightning Bolt which provides instant damage for a lower cost, making it more versatile and efficient. Lightning Elemental could see play in budget or casual decks, but competitive decks would likely opt for more impactful cards.
