This card would be most beneficial in a Dragon-focused Demacia deck, where you can easily trigger its Rally effect by including other Dragon cards. While Dragonguard Lookout can be a strong addition to such a deck, there are potentially better options like Shyvana or Screeching Dragon that offer more immediate impact or synergy with other cards.
