Coastal Tower, Land, designed by Don Hazeltine first released in Oct, 2000 in the set Invasion and was printed exactly in 6 different ways.
The Coastal Tower card would be beneficial in a control deck that focuses on white and blue mana, as it provides access to both colors and can help with mana fixing. However, there are better dual lands available, such as Hallowed Fountain, which enters untapped and can also be fetched with certain cards. Coastal Tower may not see much play in competitive decks due to the availability of stronger options, but could still be useful in more casual or budget-friendly decks.
