About Angelsong
Angelsong, Instant, designed by Sal Villagran first released in Oct, 2008 in the set Shards of Alara and was printed exactly in 4 different ways.
Angelsong would be beneficial in a control or defensive white deck that aims to stall the game and prevent combat damage. While Angelsong can be useful in certain situations, there are better options available such as Fog, which prevents all combat damage for a single green mana, making it more efficient. Angelsong may not see as much play due to its higher cost and the availability of more powerful alternatives.
