About Expendable Troops
Expendable Troops, Creature — human soldier, designed by Carl Critchlow first released in May, 2020 in the set Urza's Legacy.
This card would be beneficial in a white aggressive deck focused on controlling the battlefield by removing threats. However, there are better options like Fiend Hunter which can permanently exile a creature or Banisher Priest which temporarily exiles a creature. While Expendable Troops could be situationally useful, its limited effect and the requirement to sacrifice it make it less optimal compared to other removal options, so it may not see much play in competitive decks.
