About Icequake
Icequake, Sorcery, designed by Richard Kane Ferguson first released in Jun, 1995 in the set Ice Age and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
This card, Icequake, would be beneficial in a mono-black control deck that aims to disrupt the opponent's mana base while dealing incremental damage. However, there are more efficient land destruction cards available, such as Sinkhole or Fulminator Mage, which offer better value for their cost and utility. Icequake may not see much play in competitive formats due to its higher mana cost and limited impact compared to other options available.
